Vote Early, St. Johns County!

Avoid the lines and chaos of election day by voting early! Registered voters in SJC can visit any of the following nine early voting locations through November 2 between 8AM-6PM to cast their vote.

Also, the deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot is Thursday, October 24. You can check your voter status, find your election day polling place, and view a sample ballot on the St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections website.

👷 Army Corps of Engineers Public Workshop Tonight

This public meeting is aimed to gather feedback on proposed project to combat flooding in downtown St. Augustine. The Army Corps of Engineers will discuss seawalls, dunes, breakwaters, and other measures at this public workshop. The meeting will take place at the Alcazar Room at City Hall (75 King St) tonight, Wednesday, October 23 at 6PM.

⛪️ St. Francis House Expansion

St. Francis House in St. Augustine is expanding to help more families in need. A new family shelter with nine bedrooms will house up to 39 residents. Funded by local donors and remaining Covid relief funds, the $1.6 million project is expected to be completed by late 2025. (Jacksonville Business Journal)
